Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team in Udupi. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves prospecting, lead generation, client acquisition, and business expansion.

Roles and responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic sales planning.
Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.
Follow up on leads and schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business deals.
Travel within Udupi and surrounding areas to expand the client base.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Udupi and nearby regions.
