Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Shimoga. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves lead generation, customer acquisition, and driving revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through various sales channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and in-person meetings to drive sales.
Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Travel within Shimoga and surrounding areas to meet clients and expand the business.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Shimoga and nearby regions.
