Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Hubli. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role focuses on lead generation, customer engagement, and driving sales growth.
Roles and responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various sales strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct cold calling, client meetings, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth.
Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach to sales.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within Hubli and nearby regions.
