Job Summary:
We are looking for a goal-oriented and energetic Sales Executive to join our team in Udupi. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role focuses on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct cold calling, follow-ups, and face-to-face meetings to convert leads.
Present and promote company products/services to customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Maintain a sales pipeline and keep records updated in the CRM system.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
Travel within Udupi and nearby areas to expand business opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in sales efforts.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Udupi and surrounding areas.
