Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit and hire talented insurance agents.
– Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance agent skills and knowledge.
– Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales goals.
– Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing coaching and feedback.
– Address team challenges and resolve conflicts promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile :
– Qualification: Graduate
– Candidates with an operations background will not be fit for this job profile
– We need to work on 100% on-field for sales of policies.
– Experience : 1 to 4 years of Any field Sales (FMCG, Retile, Pharma, NBFC, BFSI, Loans, Mutula Fund)
– Age : Minimum 21 Years, Max 38 Years
– Two-wheelers Wheeler Required
