As a Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee a region’s sales growth by managing a team of financial advisors. Your responsibility is to drive performance, recruit new agents, and develop effective business strategies to increase market share and achieve sales goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of financial advisors.
  • Design and execute business strategies to meet regional sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Provide ongoing performance coaching and feedback to agents.
  • Enhance customer relationships through effective communication and service.
  • Support agents in targeting high-potential customers for business growth.

Qualification & Experience:

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to think strategically and adjust to changing market dynamics.
