The Area Sales & Business Development Manager will spearhead the growth of the Agency Channel by recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team of financial advisors. This role focuses on meeting ambitious sales targets, identifying business opportunities, and shaping strategies that drive success in the designated region.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of motivated financial advisors.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Coach and provide continuous support to financial advisors for optimal performance.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and team leadership.
