Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors/agents to drive sales.
Develop and execute sales and recruitment strategies to expand the agency network.
Conduct regular training programs, workshops, and performance evaluations for advisors.
Drive business growth by ensuring advisor productivity and achieving revenue targets.
Support advisors in client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management.
Conduct field visits and joint sales calls with advisors to enhance their skills.
Analyze market trends and provide insights for sales strategy improvement.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in BFSI & FMCG.
Experience in recruitment, training, and leadership of sales teams.
Proven track record in sales target achievement and business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing teams efficiently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
