We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Manager to join our growing insurance team!

Your Role:

  • Recruit, train, and manage insurance agents.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Support agents and provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

What We Need from You:
✔ Bachelor’s degree.
✔ 2+ years of field sales experience in sales/marketing.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
✔ Must own a bike and have a valid driver’s license.
