Responsibilities :
– Recruit, train, and develop a team of Insurance Advisers.
– Drive sales performance and meet business targets.
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
– Recruit & manage Insurance Adviser in assigned market .
– Coordinates with the centre team.
– Drive sales performance through motivation and coaching.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
– 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
– The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
– Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
