Job Description

Role Overview:

  • Recruit and onboard a dynamic sales team from the open market.
  • Provide hands-on guidance, management, and training to your team.
  • Drive policy sales and achieve revenue through team efforts.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed half-yearly and annual sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: A graduate degree is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, regardless of the industry.
  • Must own a bike for local commuting.
  • Candidates should be residents of the local area.
