Job Description

The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set targets, and offer incentives to drive partner motivation.
  • Organize product demos, webinars, and other events to engage partners and customers.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline, and forecast for channel partners.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
