Principal Accountabilities:
– Identify and onboard insurance advisors.
– Developing your sales team through motivation .
– Establish trusting bonds with advisors and clients.
– Create and implement sales strategy to meet organizational goals.
– Keep an eye on agent performance and offer any required direction.
– Boost sales performance with coaching and motivation.
Competencies & Requirements:
– a bachelor’s degree, regardless of field.
– 1-5 years of marketing and sales experience.
– Ages 21 to 38 are the perfect range.
– strong leadership, negotiating, and communication abilities.
