Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard potential insurance advisors.
- Consistently acquire and activate new agents/advisors.
- Train and mentor advisors to maximize their productivity and sales performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, lead providers, and intermediaries.
- Manage and track sales records, ensuring strategic expansion.
Requirements:
- Education: Must be a graduate.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales (any field).
- Must own a bike for local travel.
- The candidate must be a local resident.
Compensation:
CTC: Up to ₹3.20 LPA + performance-based incentives + additional benefits.
On-roll employment with the company.
Five-day work week with weekends off.
