Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Minimum of 2 years in field sales.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Must own a bike and have a valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement direct sales strategies for insurance products.
- Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Generate leads and build a client database through marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Work with teams to create and launch sales campaigns.
- Analyze sales data to improve performance.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
