Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Unit Sales Representative to drive insurance product sales through direct client interactions and by building a strong network of customers and agents.

Key Responsibilities:

– Promote and sell life, health, and general insurance products.

– Meet prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.

– Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for the advisor network.

– Ensure timely follow-up, proposal submission, and policy issuance.

– Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for individual and team sales.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

– Age range: 21 years old to 38 years old

– 2-5 years of experience in insurance sales

– Strong field sales orientation

– Excellent communication

– Willingness to travel and manage field activities
