Job Description

A Sales Develpoment Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of sales associates, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans when necessary.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for sales expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts.

Required Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Field-based role, depending on the industry
