Job Description

The Agency Development Manager is responsible for expanding and developing a team of sales agents or advisors to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and recruit potential agents/advisors.
• Conduct interviews and selection processes.
• Facilitate onboarding and training programs.
• Provide regular training sessions on products, sales techniques, and compliance.
• Develop skill enhancement programs to improve agent performance.
• Conduct workshops, mentoring sessions, and refresher courses.

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in sales
• Strong leadership
• Excellent communication
