Hiring Agency Channel Manager – BFSI

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Agency Channel Manager to boost life insurance sales via field operations and team building. This role entails recruiting, training, and overseeing a team of agents to reach sales goals while providing outstanding customer service.

Roles and responsibilities ::

• Locate, onboard, and mentor insurance agents.
• Promote business growth by reaching monthly and annual sales objectives.
• Equip agents with product knowledge and sales training to increase their productivity.
• Inspire and support agents to elevate their performance and widen their customer reach.
• Engage potential clients through direct sales and referral methods.
• Sustain strong connections with agents and customers to ensure enduring success.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related area (MBA preferred).
• At least 2 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 6 months in a management capacity within the insurance field.
• Strong skills in analysis, communication, and leadership.
• Salary potential of up to 4 LPA, plus incentives and benefits.
• A motorcycle and a valid driving license are required.
