Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to recruit, mentor, and lead a team of life insurance agents. Your role will focus on driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team of life insurance agents
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and enhance market penetration
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines

Candidate Requirements:
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or marketing (preferably life insurance)
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
