Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Field sales and hiring manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed quotas.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 Years experience in outside sales, field sales
- Excellent communication
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Work independently and manage time effectively
- Prefer local candidate mandatory
