Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-9 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in insurance.
  • History of meeting sales goals and leading effective teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to craft strategies for sustained growth.
