Job Description

A Sales Director is a senior leadership role within a company’s sales department. This individual is responsible for overseeing the entire sales function, developing strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading a sales team, which can range from a handful of sales representatives to a larger group.
  • This includes recruiting, training, mentoring, and motivating the team to achieve their targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
