The Sales Team Leader in the Agency Channel drives business expansion within a designated region by cultivating and overseeing a network of top-tier agents.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train agents to fuel business growth in the assigned region.
- Formulate strategies to enhance agent performance and meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Deliver ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance insights to agents for peak productivity.
- Monitor market trends and competitor actions to uncover growth opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams to empower agents in hitting their sales targets.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all sales efforts.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 3-9 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in insurance.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and strategy formulation for business growth.
