Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales/ Sr. Sales Executive to lead our sales team. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, coaching sales agents, and developing strategies for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and lead sales agents.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass goals.
  • Manage client relationships and resolve issues.
  • Stay updated on insurance trends and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and outcomes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement training programs.
  • Provide training and development for the team.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the sales team’s skills.

 

Requirement: 

  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Experience: min. 2 year in filed sales
  • Must be local candidate
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
