Role and responsibility:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our premium home and commercial products.
- follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads.
- Identify and follow-up with prospective customers and respond to enquiry calls within a specific time.
