Job Description

Position: Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Recruit a team from the open market.
Guide, manage, and train the team.
Drive policy sales through the recruited team.
Generate business and meet sales targets.
Achieve half-yearly and yearly business targets.

Requirements:

Qualification: Graduation is required.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (any field).
Must own a bike.
The candidate must be a local resident.

Compensation:

CTC: Up to ₹3.20 LPA + Performance-based incentives + Other benefits.
On-roll employment with the company.
Five-day work week with weekends off.
