Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for financial products (loans, insurance, investments, etc.).
- Lead, train, and motivate the financial sales team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
- Ensure sales targets and revenue goals are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Candidate requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
- Age 21 to 38 years.
