Job Description
We are looking for a Direct Sales Manager to lead and manage a sales team, drive revenue through direct sales, and develop strategies to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Develop and execute direct sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to the team.
- Report on sales metrics and provide insights for strategy improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in direct sales or sales management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies.
- Graduation is mandatory
- age Criteria is 21 to 38.
