• Create and run training programs for employees.
• Support team leaders with tools and advice to manage their teams.
• Find areas where teams can improve and help them get better.
• Encourage good communication and teamwork.

• Track team progress and suggest changes if needed.

Candidate requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
• Age 21 to 38 years.
