As Head of Market Expansion, you will be responsible for entering new markets, identifying growth channels, and building a strong sales presence. You will lead agent teams to achieve rapid sales scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and launch operations in new markets.
• Lead agent onboarding and training in new areas.
• Set and achieve aggressive market entry targets.
• Collaborate with marketing for local outreach.
• Build long-term relationships in newly entered markets.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales.
• Must own a bike and a valid license.
