Job Description

For our  insurance team, we are looking for a driven and focused Sales and Marketing Manager Insurance. Since you will be directly representing the business and focusing on lead generation, client relationship building, and insurance sales closing, this is not an agency-based position.

Important Duties:

• Directly market and sell customers life and general insurance products.
• Use networking, cold phoning, and field trips to find potential customers.
• Recognize client insurance requirements and recommend appropriate plans.
• Create and preserve enduring client connections

      Candidate prerequisites:

• Experience in direct sales, banking, or insurance for at least one or two years
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
• A goal-driven strategy with a strong focus on client service
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• The age range must be between 21 and 40.
