An Agency Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by selling an agency’s services—such as digital marketing, media buying, creative production, or influencer campaigns—to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and industry events.
- Develop proposals and customized presentations based on client goals.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring terms align with agency capabilities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine sales approach.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
