Job Description

As a Key Sales Manager, you’ll connect with individuals and help them choose the right life insurance solutions. Leads come directly from our internal channels — no cold calling, just genuine, value-driven conversations.

Role

Present and promote life insurance products to new and existing clients
Follow up with warm leads and schedule meetings for in-person discussions
Conduct field visits when needed to drive conversions
Build strong relationships and guide clients toward the right protection plans
Take ownership of sales closures and post-sale engagement
Required Profile

Any Graduate
Sales or financial services experience preferred
Strong networking and interpersonal skills
