Job Title: Branch Manager – ABP Channel
Location: Surat
Department: ABP (Alternate Business Partner) Channel
Reports to: Regional Head / Zonal Manager
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing and growing the Alternate Business Partner (ABP) channel by onboarding and managing partner firms, driving sales through their networks, and ensuring achievement of branch-level targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle ABP partner firms and their sales teams
Drive life insurance sales through the ABP model
Achieve business targets: premium, activation & persistency
Provide training, support, and motivation to partner teams
Ensure compliance and business quality standards
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA with 5+ years of experience in sales
Experience in BFSI, especially life insurance, preferred
Strong people management and channel development skills
