Job Description
The Director of Sales Development is a senior leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Representatives , or similar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and goals for the sales development team.
- Develop outreach strategies, cadences, and messaging that align with GTM (go-to-market) efforts
- Analyze pipeline trends and team performance using data.
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation, campaigns, and MQL handoffs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
