Job Description

The Director of Sales Development is a senior leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Representatives , or similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the vision and goals for the sales development team.
  • Develop outreach strategies, cadences, and messaging that align with GTM (go-to-market) efforts
  • Analyze pipeline trends and team performance using data.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation, campaigns, and MQL handoffs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
