Job Description
The Field Sales Head leads the frontline sales strategy and execution, typically overseeing regional or zonal field sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute field sales strategies aligned with national or regional goals.
- Set and manage sales targets for territories, zones, or states.
lead a team of Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers (TSOs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), etc. - Recruit, train, and coach field staff.
- Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and product teams to align efforts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
