We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our team as a Lead Relationship Manager in the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client relationship management, business development, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients and manage the portfolio of existing customers.
Cross-sell and upsell insurance products as per customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing and customer service.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate (any stream)
3+ years of experience in Insurance Sales, preferably in Life Insurance.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric with a problem-solving attitude.
