Candidate Requirement

– Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in Sales ,banking or  Insurance Sales

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct product; sales; behavioral for sales team

– Induction training for newly joined employees

– Preparation of Training Calendar for mapped branches as per the training needs of the Sales Team.

– Ensure Training coverage.

– Preparing & submitting MIS as required by the organization

– Experience in handling Agency & Banca

– Having handled product, process, skill, and behavioral modules

– Sound knowledge of Insurance and related subjects

– Sales experience is a bonus.
