Job Description :

– Direct sales of life insurance policies and leads will be provided

– Achieving the sales target through assigned leads, which may be self-generated or may be generated by the Branch Ops , Call Center teams and/or other sources

– Meeting prospective customers in assigned geography to understand their financial needs and sell insurance solutions that cater to their needs

– Providing pre and post-sales support (e.g. claim settlement)

– Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium )

Required Candidate profile :

– Education: Graduates

– Experience : Insurance Sales experience of a minimum 1.5 years

Age : Between 24 to 35 years

– One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and a go-getter attitude.
