Key Responsibilities:

Convert company-provided leads into successful policy sales
Identify and develop new customer relationships through personal networking and referrals
Understand client needs and offer suitable life insurance solutions
Ensure high-quality service and client retention
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Who Should Apply:

Candidates with 2+ years of sales experience in Life Insurance (Direct Channel preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven with the ability to work independently
