We are hiring a Sales Talent Acquisition Lead to recruit and manage a team of 5–6 field sales executives in Hyderabad.
The role focuses on finding the right candidates locally, training them, and building a strong, result-oriented sales team.

• Recruit and build a local field sales team.
• Source, screen, and select suitable candidates.
• Plan and manage hiring activities as per business goals.
• Onboard and train new team members effectively.
• Monitor team performance and improve hiring processes.
• Maintain a ready pipeline of strong candidates.

  Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or field sales.
• Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree in any field) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
