Team Leader – Field Sales

Job Description

A Team Leader – Field Sales is responsible for managing a group of field sales representatives or agents who operate on-ground, directly interacting with customers to drive sales, achieve targets, and expand the company’s presence in a defined territory or segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 5–20 field sales executives or agents.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for team members.
• Guide team in approaching leads, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Identify underperforming team members and initiate corrective actions.
• Submit team performance reports to senior sales leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
• The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
