We are looking for an Sales Executive to support and drive business growth in a defined territory. The role includes managing sales teams, achieving business targets, and building strong client and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a team of sales executives/agents.
• Achieve area-wise business targets and growth objectives.
• Develop and implement local sales strategies.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular performance updates to senior management.

Qualification & Experience: 

• Must completed Graduation compulsory.
• 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
• 3+ years in native or residential.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
• Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
