Roles and Responsibilities:

Find, train, and welcome new agents to form a strong team.

Create simple plans to help agents shine and meet sales goals.

Coach and support agents with regular tips to boost their success.

Keep an eye on market trends and competitors to spot new possibilities.

Work with other teams to give agents the tools they need.

Qualification and Experience:

A bachelor’s degree (any field).

2+ years in sales or growing businesses, ideally in insurance.

A knack for hitting sales goals and leading teams.

Great communication and people skills.
