Summary:

We are hiring a Field Recruitment Executive to support the hiring of insurance advisors and sales partners. This role involves fieldwork, meeting potential candidates, and building a strong advisor network for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit suitable candidates as insurance advisors
• Conduct field visits and recruitment drives
• Guide and onboard selected candidates
• Maintain regular contact and motivate the advisor team
• Achieve monthly recruitment and activation targets

  Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any field
• At least 2 years of experience in client service or customer relations
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Self-driven and result-oriented
