Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Head of Insurance Sales to drive insurance sales through partner bank branches. The role includes working closely with bank staff, providing product support, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell life/health insurance through assigned bank branches
Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers
Support and train bank employees on insurance products
Conduct joint customer meetings to drive business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of insurance or banking sales experience
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Local market knowledge preferred
Fluency in local language
