Channel Sales Manager

Job Description

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to grow our sales through external partners such as agents and advisors. The role includes expanding the partner network, supporting their performance, and helping them meet business goals.

Main Duties:

• Build and manage a team of channel partners
• Help partners increase their sales and meet monthly targets
• Offer regular training and support to improve performance
• Monitor and review partner progress
• Ensure long-term partnerships and smooth collaboration

Who Can Apply:

• Graduation in any stream
• Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales or business development
• Strong communication, leadership, and people skills
• Preferably from the insurance or BFSI sector
• Willing to travel locally as required
