Job Description

A Sales Manager – Insurance plays a crucial role in driving revenue, managing teams or distribution channels, and ensuring policy sales and renewals. This role can be in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, or General Insurance, across direct sales, agency, or bancassurance channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business and renewal sales in assigned territory.
• Help the team acquire individual and corporate clients.
• Support launches of new plans and seasonal sales campaigns .
• Manage agent licensing, code activation, and training certifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
• The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
