A Channel Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing business through third-party sales channels such as agents, brokers, distributors, dealers, or partners.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Agent Recruitment through field sales.
- Generating business/sales through Agents.
- Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium.
- Coach and guide to cross sell and grow the business.
- Responsible for ensuring quality of applications.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
